Welcome to the DE, an old Digimon fansite originally online in 2001. We were once (in)famous for our Digidex on Geocities. If you remember us, drop a message on Discord.

I'm Linx (previously CF), the community admin since 2005. I've reopened the site to experiment in cataloging info "from a perspective of reverse engineering" when I have time. You might be interested in the Digidex and the list of data sources.

Latest build: Oct 4, 2026

: The species index now remembers your sort and filter options in the URL! Being able to link to, say, all rookie bird Digimon is really useful. Columns for associations and maybe tags should come eventually. I also worked a bunch on the build system behind the scenes this month, and the new revision is looking much better to work with.

: The species index now has a thumbnail view! Even works with sorting and filtering. I'll need to serialize the filter view into the URL, then data on digidex pages can link directly to other matching species.

: Added over 11,000 evolutions! (Ok, just ~5,600 if counted one direction) I was very busy entering data this last month. Also vectorized more Unique Emblems and DIM Card icons, and updated the digidex pages to display them with associated digimon.

: Didn't have free time during the busy season, but I'm back on track now. Vectorized the 10 Elements, the 4 Witchelny Clans, and started on the Unqiue Emblems, and got those up on the project page. Added/updated the 18 Digimon given reference book entries recently. Added some more evolutions. Began work on the list of equipment, but it doesn't have a page yet.

: Finished playing Time Stranger. Updated list of Digimon and added evolutions for Digimon under D. While I continue adding evolutions, I hope to soon create pages for the remaining misc entries and start of the list of equipment. The implementation page will probably get (re)written when I get sudden inspiration.

: Fixed and adjusted many species pages. Added more data and functionality to the species listing, including showing related Types when filtering, which is pretty cool. A through C Digimon now have evolutions listed. I've been making layout and data changes here and there.

: I just got the species page templates and listing working, and next should work on my interface for inputing and adjusting data. A number of Digimon need their titles/filenames adjusted, due to the source data being inconsistent. I also want to rewrite my page on reverse engineering soon.

What's going in Digimon news?

Select remastered episodes of seasons 1 through 4 are streaming weekly until the 30th Anniversary next year, which will be followed by a brand new anime. Dubbed episodes of Digimon Beatbreak continue releasing in batches on Crunchyroll. Time Stranger is getting a full-scale expansion next year titled A Hero's Eternal Legacy. Digimon Eggs is releasing manga chapters monthly. Digimon Alysion is a mobile TCG game expected by the end of the year. The Digimon TCG is frequently revealing new cards. We are somewhat regularly getting new V-Pets, too.

"The Best Adventure We Chose" (Overseas title: World’s Best Picks) is a series of remastered fan-selected episodes of the first four seasons streaming weekly on the official Digimon youtube channel now through March, leading up to the 30th Anniversary and a new anime which we as of yet have no info of.

Digimon Beatbreak ended with episode 49 in September, while the English Dub continues releasing in batches on Crunchyroll.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger has an upcoming full-scale expansion in 2027 titled A Hero’s Eternal Legacy.

Digimon Eggs is a manga releasing monthly on the 2nd on Manga Plus in English.

The protagonist of Digimon Eggs is named Rindo Izumo (竜胆 出雲) "Will it be hope or despair that hatches from the egg?" The "Digital Monster" Izumo encounters A huge eye peeking out of the egg. Izumo's encounter with this Digimon drastically shapes his fate... #Digimon #デジモン

The Digimon Card Game gets new releases and events regularly.

Digimon Alysion is an upcoming free-to-play mobile game/client for the Digimon Card Game.

DiscoTek Media's remastered release of Digimon Tamers (in Japanese) is the latest in a series of DiscoTek's releases, and up to pre-order now.
